This layered classic starts sweet and finishes fizzy. It WILL go straight to your head. Buzzzzzz-tastic!
Ingredients
2 ounces coffee liqueur
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces club soda, or lemon-lime soda
ice
straw
Preparation
Step 1
Pack a highball glass full of ice.
Step 2
Pour the coffee liqueur over the ice.
Step 3
Slowly pour the vodka over the ice, either so it hits an ice cube or over the back of a bar spoon to create a separate layer.
Step 4
Slowly add the soda, again breaking the pour with ice or a spoon.
Step 5
Serve with a straw. DO NOT STIR OR BLEND!! The challenge is to finish the drink in one attempt, and drinking it quickly through a straw creates the buzzzzzz.
